I placed an order but did not recieve a confirmation.
Can you please check your spam folder? A receipt is automatically sent when your credit card is charged. Sometimes it ends up in your emails spam folder. If it is not there, please use our contact form and supply your order number.

Checking on Status of my Order.
We are a small very business producing orders on a supply and demand by majority. We expect orders to be fulfilled a MINIMUM 6-8 weeks and shipped out after that. All orders are a pre-order product. A tracking number will be emailed after the shipping label is created and awaiting pick up by our carrier.

Back orders and preorders.
At this time ALL products are on pre-order. Pre-ordering increases your chance of getting our limited in- demand products before it is released to the general public. Limited edition or low in demand products may be weeks or months till we acquire enough orders to create. Another option is to wait till the product is in stock and take your chances it does not sell out before you get a chance to order.

Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock you can click notify on that product. This notifies us that there is a demand. When we get enough demand, we will then open up a pre-order.
